Open and closed questions
closed questions tend to be yes and no questions whereas open questions can be a question that has multiple answers

It's good to be biased sometimes in an interview to get the interviewee on your side

Closed questions can be better than open questions if you use them right

We also practiced interviewing and researched beforehand

I learnt interviewing is a lot harder than it looks
